Hi there,
I’m Tara, a Master Pilates Trainer with over 15 years of experience who guides people to understand their movement patterns and build strength so they can pursue activities they enjoy and live with less pain and more confidence.
I was introduced to Pilates through the California Institute of the Arts (Cal Arts) Sharon Disney Lund School of Dance Program, when my teacher recommended it as a way for me to prevent injury. I fell in love with Pilates, because of how it improved my physical abilities and mental health. I already liked teaching dance, so I decided to pursue a Pilates certification. I discovered that I actually enjoyed teaching Pilates more than dance, because it meant I could share the joy of movement with more people.
